Insightful Selling System
InsightFUL  Sales Coaching - “Performance Based Sales Coaching”

The process begins with a personalized 1:1 review of the most sought after assessment profiles utilized today. These tools help the individual gain insight to their personal selling style. Next, through a 9 week customized and insightful coaching based sales process the individual will develop the selling skills needed to increase performance.

 

Our process is founded on Adult Learning Theory; therefore our performance based sales course is formulated on:


  • Self-Awareness: Every coaching session will begin with an overview about key sales principles related to that week’s objective. The skills are facilitated through group dialogue, Q&A, and experiential activities.
  • Reinforcement: Over a 9 week period each participant is given an opportunity to practice the sales process in its entirety to ensure they are learning and implementing the entire selling system.
  • Implementation: By design each rep is given an assignment related to an account or accounts they are either working with or trying to penetrate so they can immediately begin to apply what they have learned while using these principles.


Anyone who participates will learn necessary sales competencies, be able to practice those concepts and then reinforces that learning throughout a 9 week period of time. At the conclusion of the 9 weeks, each individual has a clear view of how to sell more effectively and will leave with a customized action plan to ensure they implement the selling system in the real world. 

 

You could spend a lot of money traveling to traditional classroom based training only to lose 80% of what you have learned by the time you complete the experience. One of the many benefits of the InsightFUL Coaching selling system is it is taught remotely therefore saving you on travel expenses and unnecessary hidden costs.
