Client Testimonial
"Tracey Burchette-Simmons, (President/Meaningful Development) gives a 100% to the causes in which she believes, and empowers other people. Constantly thinking and visualizing, she is a person who makes things happen. I have witnessed her vitality and compassion drawing together a diverse group of people, not only to hear her, but to partner with her. She is a strong team builder and was a key player in the implementing leadership training for clients while serving in a Senior Leadership role with a nationally recognized consulting firm. I had the pleasure of partnering with her over the years on several program initiatives where her marketing expertise made the difference. Her credible and caring disposition adds just the right emphasis to anything she is involved with!"

Have you ever thought about what it means to “coach” someone? According to the Merriam Webster Dictionary, it is meant to “intensively instruct”, “direct in a way or course” and “to give a recommendation about what should be done.” Meaningful Development’s primary differentiator is coaching which is at the heart of everything we do. Our basic philosophy is to put a great deal of energy into helping individuals, teams and organizations ultimately reach a capacity where they don’t need a coach.
This service is provided to couples and families who desire to focus on solving problems, generating solutions, and creating structures to prevent negative communication in the future. The core reason for issues in all relationships is often communication. Our coaches become mediators in conflict and use a Christian approach in the worldview perspective of marriage and family relationships.
In today’s world teens and young adults are faced with many pressures and challenges. Ranging from social stress to discovering an educational path, teens and young adults could often use guidance and coaching through issues and toward a bright future, whatever that may look like for each individual. Our coaches work side by side with the teen or young adult to help them work through their struggle and give them directives to accomplish their goals. This way, the teen or young adult can take pride in their development and learn what to do with future struggles in their life. The skills learned are skills they will use throughout their life.
